The Tea Party Coalition is a virtual Tea Party devoted to informing like minded people about current Tea Party happenings. Tea Parties are gaining momentum throughout the country. This movement is real; essentially starting after Rick Santelli's rant on CNBC on February 20th, 2009. The silent majority has found its voice. This site offers its members the ability to blog in an open forum to express their views and opinions. It will keep you informed about the most current events that are relevant to Tea Party activities.

January 19, 2010 Massachusetts:
In a stunning loss for Democrats and a dramatic victory for the GOP, Republican, Tea Party supported Scott Brown wins over Martha Coakley, the late Ted Kennedy's Senate seat in Massachusetts. The people are taking action by voting out the ones that do not represent the masses. This is a major turning point in American politics. 2010 is the year we as Americans will service notice to the ones that fail heed our voice.

Its time to support one of our own. A core Tea Party Coalition member Clayton Thibodeau needs your support.

Clayton Thibodeau, author of Pure Patriotism, has established this website www.clay4usa.com as a forum for likeminded patriots to assist the author in his objective to reclaim America on behalf of her citizenry; to help the author get Pure Patriotism read by every citizen of our Great Nation; and to rally support behind Clayton's  Campaign to replace Mary Bono-Mack as the  Representative from California's 45th Congressional District (District Map). Bono-Mack voted for HR2454. Mary Bono-Mack has voted with Nancy Pelosi and against Republicans in Congress more than fifteen times in 2009 to help Nacy Pelosi pass critical legislation that is devastatingly harmful to the States, to we the people, and to the Constitution of the United States of America. Mary Bono-Mack is a Republican in name only and those who support her campaign are guilty of placing politics above values.

The Tea Party Coalition Must Act!

HR 2454 (Waxman-Markey Climate Change Act) aka "Cap and Trade" passed through the House of Representatives on Friday the 26th of June by a margin of 7 votes. The Senate is expected to vote on HR 2454 July 6th or 7th. It is imperative that you contact your Senators and indicate to them that one of the Nations largest tax increase is not acceptable.

It is time for the Tea Party Coalition to Act.  Contact your representative and let them know that we will not allow another tax increase on the citizens of the United States.

Included are the names of the representatives that voted for HR2454. Let them know that they will be remembered in 2010.

 H.R. 2454 Key Points:

  • Cap and Trade (H.R. 2454, 2998) is coming up for a vote at any time
  • We must “throw down the gauntlet” to our elected officials, if they vote “yes” on this bill, we vote “no” on them
  • Members of Congress should work to delay the vote
  • Contact your Congressman TODAY!
  • Most effective means of contact is fax or phone call.
  • When you call your district representative, be sure to provide your zip code so they know you are a constituent
  • Remember to be polite and tell them what you think, make as many calls as you can.
  • Try to get on talk radio today about the issue
  • It may be worthwhile to let AARP know that you are concerned about the bill in regards to seniors on fixed incomes. Phone number:

  • H.R. 2454 is yet another stealthy bill
  • On the fast-track in Congress, meaning it will not be read or debated
  • Unknown quantity of bills being embedded by amendment process
  • Will not be read based on its size, prior to a vote

Projected impact of bill, as known by information available:

  • Is projected to cost $3,100 per household in increased utilities
  • Will negatively impact public and private energy generation, transportation, building codes, appliances, and more
  • Is projected to lower gross domestic product
  • Will cause a loss of jobs
  • Impacts most aspects of our daily lives
  • Will hurt small business
  • Creates a “climate exchange” which is another
